The service

Chezmoi helps you plan dinners using AI — generating meal ideas, plans, and cooking guidance based on the kitchen details and preferences you provide.

Your account

Chezmoi creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You may sign in with Apple to save your kitchen and recover it on other devices. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may permanently delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

Subscriptions and billing

Chezmoi Pro is an auto-renewable subscription priced at $49.99 per year, offered with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.

If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

AI content is not professional advice

Meal plans, recipes, ingredient identifications, and any nutritional or dietary suggestions in Chezmoi are generated by AI for convenience and inspiration only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional dietary, nutritional, allergy, or medical advice. You are responsible for verifying ingredients and allergens, using safe food-handling and cooking practices, and consulting a qualified professional for any dietary, allergy, or medical needs. Never rely on Chezmoi to determine whether a food is safe for someone with an allergy or medical condition.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content (excluding content you provide) are owned by Perfectly Human LLC. The kitchen data and content you enter remain yours.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Chezmoi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfectly Human LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on AI-generated content.

Termination

You may stop using Chezmoi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and post the new version here.
